Abu Dhabi Ports Cluster, part of AD Ports Group, owns and operates 27 ports and terminals facilitating trade and building capacity whilst connecting Abu Dhabi globally. They approached us to create accessories for marine engineering and captain students for their graduation ceremony.
Challenges
- Very short production lead time after order confirmation.
- Caps and lanyards needed to be
sourced from India to meet marine
uniform standards. - Missing shoe sizes for some students.
- Custom cap sizes were required.
- Lightweight lanyards were requested, but not available in stock.

- Coordinated with overseas suppliers to work overtime and avoid production delays.
- Maintained continuous follow-ups and calls with suppliers to ensure timely progress.
- Prepared all shipping documents and secured necessary approvals during production.
- Packed items individually with staff
names to avoid repacking in the UAE - Shipped all items by air directly to the client for faster delivery
- Used photo and video approvals for samples to save time
